Today’s (UK) Sunday Times newspaper has a long feature article by Robert Sandall in their magazine looking at “why nothing – not even $250m – can put the pieces of Pink Floyd together again”. The article – which can be read online here – is an interesting analysis of both the problems that beset the band in the past, and just why another reunion is unlikely ever to take place.
Whilst there is nothing new in the article (indeed, factually there are some major errors, particularly with dates, and other parts seem to be supposition on the part of the writer) it is an interesting look at some of the aspects of the band, and worth a read.
